Theatre Tots is our Parent and Toddler Theatre Class, Thursday Mornings 9.30am at Cofton Village Hall.
This is a wonderfully inspiring session which supports the growth of the bond and trust between parent and child as they take on this Musical Theatre adventure as a team!
Every week is a brand new Musical Theatre theme giving the opportunity for toddlers to learn and be immersed in a new and engaging story. They will ACT and create characters in DRAMA, they will use their VOICES and make MUSIC in SINGING and they will MOVE and create MAGIC in DANCE!
The session is led by our Theatre Tots teacher Emma who will guide you through with imagination and excitement! Both Parent and Tot will leave feeling happy, accomplished and smiling! Check out the themes we will cover across 10 weeks below.
Funstarz
Funstarz follows Theatre Tots and is an optional extra!
Funstarz is a chance for children and parents to socialize and enjoy our three zones helping to develop their gross and fine motor skills whilst having fun and using imagination. We also have a tea and coffee station set up for Parents to enjoy
How to Book a Trial
- Create an account on this website www.thestarproject.info
- Log in and go to MY DASHBOARD
- Select ADD CHILD and complete details (Select Cofton as the School)
- Select BOOK TRIAL and choose your date for Theatre Tots
- You will then receive a trial welcome pack, look out for the Theatre Tots Page!
What to bring?
- Toddlers and Parents should wear comfortable clothing suitable for dance
- We advise pumps, trainers, jazz or ballet shoes
- Tots should wear their theatre tots t-shirt, this can be purchased on our shop page once you are signed into your account. You don’t need a t-shirt to attend a trial but you will need to purchase one when you enrol.
- Toddlers and Parents should bring something to drink as we will be moving around a lot!
- Bring a non-messy nut-free snack for you toddler to eat afterwards during Funstarz
How much does it cost?
Theatre Tots is paid by half or full term. A half term is usually 6-7 weeks and a full term 12-14 weeks.
Theatre Tots works out to £10 per session. If you would like to add on Funstarz this is an additional £5 pw.
The team provide professional level theatre training incorporating skills across 3 disciplines and engaging and building tots confidence in an extraordinary way.
