1. Why have we changed our payment model?
We have grown to the point of reaching VAT registration, and to stay in line with HMRC requirements, VAT now applies to our fees. To keep our classes affordable for all families, we’ve moved to a subscription model, making payments easier to manage while guaranteeing your child’s place each term.
2. How do I subscribe?
Log in to your parent dashboard → go to Enrol and Pay Fees → select your child’s project → click Subscribe and complete the process. Payments will be taken automatically on the 1st of every month.
3. Can I pay annually instead of monthly?
Yes! Our annual subscription option allows you to pay for the year upfront, which includes the annual membership fee for free and works out at a total saving of £50 for Main Project classes.
4. How long is the subscription?
Subscriptions are a 12-month plan, spreading the cost evenly across the year. You can cancel anytime with 4 weeks’ notice. Please note that cancellations are not allowed between May–July.
5. What’s included in the subscription?

One 1-to-1 check-in call with your child’s Project Leader each term

6. How much does it cost?
Monthly subscription fees (excluding VAT):
An annual £19.99 membership fee applies per child, payable each September (free if you pay annually).
7. What happens if my child misses a class?
Missed classes cannot be refunded, but Project Leaders can provide ways for your child to stay engaged and continue learning.
8. How do I update my payment details?
Log in to your parent dashboard → Payment Settings. You can update card details or switch payment methods anytime.
9. Can I pause my subscription?
Subscriptions cannot be paused, but you may cancel with 4 weeks’ notice. For long-term absences, contact our office to discuss solutions.
10. Are sibling discounts available?
Currently, sibling discounts are not offered. Each child’s subscription is managed individually through your dashboard.
11. What if I have questions about VAT?
VAT is a legal requirement for us as a VAT-registered company. For clarification, please visit the HMRC website or contact our office.
