The Star Project Young Company is an exclusive, audition-only programme for experienced and passionate musical theatre performers aged 12–18. Based at The Artrix Studio Theatre in Bromsgrove, the company rehearses every Friday evening from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM during term time.

Fourteen talented students have been successful in the auditions and have created the very first ever Star Project Young Company! This marks an exciting new chapter for The Star Project, providing a professional space for young performers to grow, collaborate, and challenge themselves artistically.

This elite group focuses on developing creative leadership, storytelling, and performance technique while collaborating to devise original productions. Members gain hands-on experience across every stage of the creative process — from concept development to final performance — and have opportunities to work with industry professionalsthroughout the year.

At its heart, the Young Company exists to help passionate young performers grow into confident, capable, and well-rounded artists through a supportive, inspiring, and professional setting.
