Annual Membership Fee

£19.99 per child, payable every September.
This covers additional benefits such as masterclasses, progress reports, and 1-to-1 check-ins.
It is free if you pay annually.

Key information:

Subscription is a 12-month plan, spreading the cost evenly across the year.
Our fees remain the same, but VAT will now be added as we become a VAT-registered company.
You can cancel anytime with 4 weeks’ notice.
You can also opt to pay annually in one lump sum (with added benefits – see above).
If you leave your final invoice will be worked out as a final amount for any session unpaid as it is prorate (as some months have 5 weeks)
No cancellations are allowed between May-July

At The Star Project, children receive 42 weeks of classes each year:

Autumn/Winter Term: 15 weeks
Spring Term: 12 weeks
Summer Term: 15 weeks
Total = 42 weeks of classes

Although you will continue making payments during the Christmas and Summer holidays, this does not mean you are paying for extra weeks without classes. Instead, the cost of 42 classes is spread evenly across 12 months.

This makes payments:

Affordable – smaller monthly payments instead of large lump sums
Easier to manage – same amount each month
Fair – you only pay for the 42 weeks of classes your child attends

This way, families can budget more easily, and your child’s place at The Star Project is guaranteed all year round.
