Chyna

Chyna-Benaé Edwards is an actor and drama teacher based in Worcestershire. She trained at Birmingham Ormiston Academy (Acting Pathway), Kingdom Drama School and the National Youth Theatre.

Her screen credits include BBC Comedy’s Just Act Normal (Bola) and BBC’s Doctors (Naomi Ross). Her stage credits include My Grandparents, My Parents & I (Angela), The Merchant of Venice (Antonia) and The Plough and the Stars (Bessie Burgess).

Alongside her acting career, Chyna teaches drama and is passionate about helping young people build confidence, creativity and a love for performing in a fun, supportive environment. She is delighted to be joining The Star Project and looks forward to inspiring the next generation of performers.
